A 10-year ban has been imposed on the former medical director of Bacchus Marsh Hospital.
The former director of medical services at Bacchus Marsh Hospital (formerly operated by Djerriwarrh Health Services) is unlikely to ever practise medicine again after a tribunal ordered the cancellation of her registration and banned her from reapplying for registration for 10 years

Victorian woman found guilty of defrauding Medicare
A Victorian medical receptionist has been sentenced today to 2 years imprisonment, with a minimum term of 12 months by the Melbourne County Court after pleading guilty to charging more than $181,000 in fraudulent Medicare payments.
