Clinical Trial Recruiting at Liverpool Hospital for High-Risk Pregnancies
28 Apr 2026
HDFN is a rare but serious condition that can occur when the mother and baby have incompatible blood types, which may lead to health complications for the baby.
The Azalea clinical trial is being conducted to assess how effective an investigational treatment is in managing pregnancies at risk of severe HDFN. The study is now open for recruitment at Liverpool Hospital.
Doctors can check eligibility details on clinicaltrials.gov. The study team will also review additional criteria to confirm patient suitability.
