Aged care sector asked to share feedback on Support at Home

Their feedback will help inform the evaluation of the program and support improvements to in-home care for older Australians.
The consultation is open to:
- aged care providers of different sizes and types, including for-profit, not-for-profit, specialist and regional organisations
- aged care workers, including personal care and support workers, nurses, allied health professionals and others involved in delivering Support at Home services.
Aged care providers can:
- complete an online survey by Wednesday 14 October. The survey takes about 30 minutes.
Aged care workers can:
- complete a shorter online survey by Wednesday 14 October. It takes about five minutes.
All responses will be kept confidential. Workforce survey responses will not be provided to employers.
Taking part will not affect an organisation’s compliance status, funding or contractual arrangements. It will also not affect a worker’s current or future employment.
Feedback will be used to help improve Support at Home and strengthen the delivery of quality care in people’s homes.
The consultation is part of an independent Support at Home evaluation being conducted by Nous Group.
