Fully funded Husky licences offered to general practices in South Western Sydney

12 May 2026

Up to 100 practices will be able to access the program, which is available through POLAR Explorer.

Husky provides real-time practice data to help clinics improve patient care and support areas such as follow-up reviews, chronic disease management, preventative health, accreditation tasks, and practice reporting.

Practices that register by 30 June and use the code “FIRST100SWS” will receive a 30-day free trial followed by 12 months of funded access.

The offer is limited to the first 100 eligible general practices that register and activate their subscription.

SWSPHN says the tool is designed to support better clinical decision-making by helping practices identify patients who need follow-up care and improving overall workflow efficiency.

Participating practices are encouraged to book a one-on-one demonstration to help them understand how to use their own data within the system.

After the funded period, an annual subscription fee will apply for continued access.
