Applications are now open for the Mental Health Commission’s (Commission) Graduate Program! Commencing in February 2026 the Commission’s Graduate Program is an 18-month appointment providing participants with a range of development opportunities across the agency. Graduates will move through 6-month rotations in different Divisions working on projects with teams committed to graduate development.
The Commission is committed to improving employment opportunities for young graduates, to bring fresh and dynamic perspectives and create a pipeline of forward thinking talent. The program offers:
- challenging work contributing to the development of mental health and alcohol and other drug services and systems that meet the needs of WA’s population;
- competitive salary, extensive leave entitlements and a range of additional employee benefits including flexible work arrangements;
- participation in an extensive learning and development program, including internal and sector wide networking opportunities.
