TGA flags illegal sildenafil in collagen supplement

Each tablet contained 199.3 mg of sildenafil, above the safe daily dose. The TGA says taking the product may pose serious health risks, especially for people on nitrate medications, which can cause dangerously low blood pressure.

The supply of these tablets is illegal. The TGA is working with the Australian Border Force to block further imports and urges anyone who has used the product to seek medical advice.
