Round 3 Support at Home Grants Open for Aged Care Providers

Round 3 Support at Home Grants Open for Aged Care Providers

14 Jul 2026

The funding is designed to help eligible providers continue delivering essential aged care services in rural, remote and specialist settings across Australia.

The grants offer flexible funding to Support at Home providers working in areas where services are harder to deliver. This helps older Australians access quality care at a reasonable cost.

Funding is available for providers delivering:

  • Rural and remote services in Modified Monash Areas 3 to 7
  • Specialised aged care services in any location
  • Culturally responsive services for older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people

There are two funding streams available:

  • Rural, remote and specialised services
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services

Providers that received funding in earlier rounds can still apply.

Some applicants may need a valid Specialisation Verification for aged care services. As supporting documents can take time to prepare, providers are encouraged to start the process early.

Applications close at 2:00 pm (AEDT) on 26 November 2026. Eligible providers are encouraged to submit their applications through GrantConnect as soon as possible.
