- Participants will need to submit a completed reimbursement form, copy of receipt and completion certificate to receive payment

The two-day Immunisation Professional Development Conference provides an opportunity to learn more about vaccination and gain 15 CPD hours (self-reported).
The event will be held at the Pullman Sydney Airport on Wednesday and Thursday, 1 and 2 May.
SWSPHN is inviting registered nurses, enrolled nurses, midwives and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health practitioners working in general practice and Residential Aged Care Homes in our region to attend this conference.
The conference entry fee of $600 will be reimbursed to participants who submit a completed reimbursement form and provide a copy of receipt of payment.
