Government Seeks Feedback on In-Home Aged Care Services

A new survey will gather feedback on whether the existing range of services is suitable for older people and the workers who support them.
Participants can comment on the services currently listed, suggest changes and identify any information that may be missing.The responses will help identify which services may need to change.
Further consultations will follow this first round of feedback on the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home. The input received will help guide coordination between the two programs. Their feedback will help inform how the programs work together.
The 15-minute survey includes multiple-choice questions and written responses. All responses are anonymous.
Feedback must be submitted by 16 November 2026.
