Fully funded Husky licences now available for general practices across SWSPHN
12 May 2026
Husky, accessed through POLAR Explorer, provides practices with real-time data insights to support better patient care and practice efficiency.
Key benefits include:
- Identifying patients who need follow-up or clinical review
- Supporting quality improvement and accreditation activities
- Strengthening preventive care and chronic disease management
- Improving workflow efficiency and reporting within general practice
Eligible practices that register before 30 June can access a 30-day free trial, followed by 12 months of fully funded access, using the code FIRST100SWS at checkout. The offer is limited to the first 100 participating practices.
SWSPHN says the initiative aims to support practices in using data more effectively to improve patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
After the funded period, a standard subscription fee will apply.
Practices can also access onboarding support, including one-on-one demonstrations using their own practice data to guide implementation and use of key features.
