Rather than trying to predict what the future will look like, the plan is built around practical priorities. CHF says this approach will help the organisation respond to new challenges, make use of opportunities and continue representing the views of healthcare consumers.

The organisation says its work will remain focused on ensuring that consumers have a strong voice in Australia's health system.

CHF's vision is for healthcare in Australia to be fair, safe and shaped by the people it serves.
