Lung Foundation Australia welcomes world-leading new COPD Clinical Care Standard set to revolutionise COPD patient care
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) today launched the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Clinical Care Standard, a blueprint for patient care welcomed by Lung Foundation Australia who established the COPD-X Guidelines with the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand in 2001.
