$30.8 million for Indigenous-led health research

The MRFF will support 26 projects focused on finding innovative ways to:

  • reduce chronic disease
  • improve mental health
  • help people quit smoking
  • increase resilience in kids.

Funding is from the 2022 Indigenous Health Research grant opportunity, under the MRFF’s Indigenous Health Research Fund.
