2024 Healthy Tasmania grants applications

The Healthy Tasmania grants program supports community action on health and wellbeing in Tasmania.
Local government and community organisations are invited to apply.
Healthy Focus grants support action on Healthy Tasmania’s focus areas. They are used for developing or testing new programs or expanding existing programs.
Projects may include:
- work towards eating well and physical activity
- reducing alcohol harm
- improving mental health and wellbeing
- supporting health literacy in Tasmania.
Healthy Focus grants are from $20,000 to $100,000 and are for projects operating for up to two years. Applications close 30 September 2024.
Step Forward grants provide up to $5,000 for small projects that support health and wellbeing.
Projects may include:
- training for organisations to upskill staff
- designing or printing posters for a health promotion campaign
- for equipment to run a community group or activity.
Applications close 23 September 2024.
