Wollondilly community invited to take part in healthcare needs assessment consultations

Through a series of focus groups and structured interviews, the views of community members, GPs, pharmacists, and service providers will be gathered to understand the diverse health needs within the Wollondilly region, including the unique challenges and barriers in accessing and providing healthcare. The outcome of the needs assessment will be compiled into a report and include recommendations to improve health outcomes of the community.
The needs assessment consultations are conducted by the Wollondilly Health Alliance, which is a formal partnership between Wollondilly Shire Council, South Western Sydney PHN and South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) to address important health issues and improve health outcomes within the region.
