Deloitte is undertaking this research to gain a better understanding of the factors contributing to clinical workforce challenges experienced across Australia.

This research mirrors surveys that have been used in the UK and US, giving a local and global perspective on challenges facing clinicians. 

Members who are willing to be part of this survey have been invited by Deloitte to complete a 15 minute survey about your clinical workplace experience and the practical steps that can be taken to improve the experience across the health and human services system in Australia.   

How will the survey results be used?   

Deloitte advise the survey results will be anonymous and will be distilled to gain a better understanding of what can be done to improve the clinical workforce experience in Australia’s health and social care system.  

These results will also be supplemented by interviews that have been undertaken with leaders across the system and global research.     

The survey closes on Wednesday 15 November 2023.
