Aged Care Survey Deadline Extended for Support at Home Providers and Workers

The deadline has been extended from 14 October, giving participants more time to complete the surveys.
Who can participate?
Feedback is invited from:
- Aged care providers: For-profit, not-for-profit, specialist and regional organisations of all sizes.
- Aged care workers: Personal care workers, support workers, nurses, allied health professionals and others involved in delivering Support at Home services.
How to take part

- Complete the online survey
- Estimated time: 30 minutes
Aged care workers
- Complete the short online survey
- Estimated time: 5 minutes
Both surveys close on Friday, 30 October 2026.
How will the feedback be used?
All responses will remain confidential. Workforce survey responses will not be shared with employers. Participation will not affect providers’ compliance status, funding or contracts, or workers’ current or future employment.
The feedback will help evaluate and improve the Support at Home program and the quality of in-home care for older Australians. Nous Group is conducting the evaluation on behalf of the relevant organisation.
