Fairfield Health Groups Renew Partnership to Strengthen Community Wellbeing
Fairfield’s leading health organisations have formalised a new partnership to better support the health and wellbeing of local residents. The agreement, signed in December 2025, will guide collaboration between Fairfield City Council, the South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD), and the South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN) until 2029.
