Former pharmacist reprimanded and disqualified following conviction for trespass and theft
A former pharmacist has been reprimanded and disqualified for five years after being convicted of criminal trespass and for failing to notify the Pharmacy Board of Australia (the Board) of the charges.

The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) has successfully prosecuted Mr Alexander Gigney for holding himself out as a registered pharmacist in contravention of section 116 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law 2009 (National Law).
