Webinar: Updates to Financial Reporting for Residential and Support at Home Providers

We are hosting a webinar to explain the new financial reporting requirements under the Aged Care Act, effective from 1 November 2025. This session is designed for residential and Support at Home providers to help them understand and prepare for the changes.
Residential and Support at Home providers will need to comply with new financial reporting requirements under the Aged Care Act from 1 November 2025.
To help providers understand these changes, the Department is hosting a webinar on Tuesday 23 September, 2:00 pm–3:00 pm (AEST).
The session will cover:

Updates to financial reporting as part of the transition to the new Aged Care Act and Support at Home program

Key changes to the Quarterly Financial Report (QFR) Q2 2025–26 and Aged Care Financial Report (ACFR) 2025–26

A live question-and-answer session to clarify any issues
Residential and Support at Home providers are encouraged to attend to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
