Trainee Forum

AMACDT Chair, Dr Hannah Szewczyk, led the first trainee forum on college initiatives to support flexible training. Trainee chairs were asked to share how their college supports or creates barriers for trainees to undertake flexible training and considered elements such as examination/assessments, training requirements, availability of part-time work, parental leave and supports, disability supports, and case studies illustrating successful implementation of flexible training.
