Survey about the 15% aged care pay rise now open
14 Nov 2023
This survey is open to all care workers and provider organisations from the aged care sector.
The 15% aged care pay rise came into effect on 1 July 2023. Participating in the survey is an opportunity to share with us your views on what the pay rise has meant to you and your organisation.
For organisations we want to know:
- Has it helped to attract and retain more workers to aged care?
For workers we want to know:
- Does it make you want to stay working in the sector?
- Do you feel more valued and rewarded for the work you do?
The survey is open from 13 November to 8 December 2023 and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Take the Aged Care Wage Increase Satisfaction Survey.
Your feedback will help us to evaluate and understand the effect the increase has had on the aged care sector. All responses will remain anonymous.
