Public release for 2023 Health Employee Census Results

The annual Australian Public Service (APS) employee census was conducted from 8 May to 9 June 2023.
We have published the highlights report of what the 74% of Health staff who participated said.
The report shows that we have maintained our positive results from 2022 and highlight:
- strong staff engagement and organisational commitment
- effective leadership
- an environment that promotes an inclusive workplace.
Over the coming year, we will continue to build on our strong leadership and positive culture. We are focusing on:
- continuing to improve tools, technology and processes to reduce productivity barriers
- communication and change management
- enabling innovation.
