Medicare, DVA and PBS claims operational after hiccups this week

Medicare, DVA and PBS online claiming is fully operational. We apologise for any inconvenience experienced by your members and their patients. Your members can now re-submit transactions on behalf of their patients. Medicare, DVA and PBS online claiming were offline for a period over the weekend for system upgrades. This resulted in a small backlog of claims and slower than normal response times for some health professionals, hospitals and pharmacies.
