Hearing Services Providers Reminded to Complete 2025 Self-Assessment by 31 October
08 Oct 2025
The Self-Assessment Tool is part of the program’s risk-based compliance approach. It allows providers to review their systems, processes, and practices to ensure they continue to meet program obligations and deliver quality hearing services.
An email sent on 15 September 2025 advised all contracted providers that the 2025 SAT is now available. Providers can also access the SAT directly through the Hearing Services Program website.
Once you’ve submitted your SAT, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your responses. Be sure to download and save this copy for your records. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder first, or contact the program team to verify receipt.
Providers are encouraged to share feedback on the SAT process at the end of the form.
For any questions about the 2025 SAT, please contact the Hearing Services Program team by email.
