The Schedule of Service Items and Fees 2025–26 is available. There are new updates to evidence and service requirements.
The Schedule of Service Items and Fees 2025–26 is available. Updates to the schedule are based on external stakeholder feedback and internal reviews. The update aims to provide further clarification and consolidation for services requirements.
Some of the main updates to the schedule include:
- revised section on Managing Data Breaches
- clarification of requirements when transferring a client record to a new provider
- new requirements added to replace a spare device that is no longer suitable due to a significant change in hearing threshold levels.
The Schedule of Service Items and Fees 2024–25 includes a table outlining all changes in Part 6.
Due to the minimal changes in this Schedule, there won’t be a transition period. Changes must be in place by 1 July 2025.
