Have your say on national standards for counsellors and psychotherapists

We are developing national standards for counsellors and psychotherapists. 

The standards will describe the experience, capabilities and behaviours expected of counsellors and psychotherapists, including: 

  • education
  • supervision
  • continuing professional development
  • oversight requirements.

We want to hear from you on your experience as a counsellor, psychotherapist, client or representative. We will use your feedback to develop robust national standards for the sector.
