The new PBS listing for migalastat is missing part of a clinical criterion in the initial treatment phase to allow confirmation of Fabry-related cardiac disease by late gadolinium enhancement or a low T1 on cardiac MRI. This listing will be updated in the next PBS update.  

This omission will not cause a disruption in treatment for existing patients or delay the commencement of treatment for new patients.
