CrowdStrike outage

The AMA was in contact with hospital groups during the outage to understand the scale of the impact. We know that many members were directly impacted by the outages, going above and beyond to ensure patient safety and to protect the community. We know many doctors stayed back late into Friday night to update patient charts, while others are still dealing with postponed elective surgeries.
