Aged Care Transition to Practice Program

New aged care nurses will gain the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care to older people.
The Aged Care Transition to Practice Program is open to graduate registered and enrolled nurses in their first two years of practice in aged care, and experienced nurses and nurse practitioners transitioning to aged care.
Participants receive specialist mentoring and training in aged care and gerontological nursing.
The program runs until 30 June 2027.

- University of the Sunshine Coast.
