12 Feb 2025
A new resource is available for providers of the Home Care Packages Program and Short-Term Restorative Care to assist with the transition to the Support at Home program.
The Support at Home Program Provider Transition Guide outlines the steps providers should take to be operationally ready for Support at Home on 1 July.
The guide is divided into 5 sections that provide information on the impacts of the program, preparing for transition, delivering services, receiving payments, and transferring participants to another provider if required.
