Register to have your say on the new Suicide Prevention Framework for WA

Public consultation on the draft Western Australian Suicide Prevention Framework 2025-2030 (Framework) is anticipated to begin in the coming months.

The Framework will set out WA’s approach to suicide prevention for the next five years.

It aims to provide a common understanding for everyone in our community about the causes of suicide and the strategies that help to reduce and prevent suicide.

The Mental Health Commission is developing this blueprint for suicide prevention in WA, however reducing and preventing suicidal thoughts and behaviours, and the impact of suicide, requires a whole of community commitment.
