Change of Provider for Some Personal Response System Clients

Safety Link will stop providing Personal Response System (PRS) services to Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients under a new contract.

Affected clients will move to an alternative DVA-contracted provider: INS LifeGuard, Tunstall, or VitalCALL. Prescribers do not need to take any action. The DVA will notify all Safety Link clients by letter and the new provider will make contact within three weeks to introduce themselves and explain the changeover.

Further information is available on the DVA website
