New Online Portal & Info Sheet: Stay Compliant with Minimum Stockholding Requirements

The Department has launched the new online Price Disclosure and Stockholding Notification Portal (the Portal). The Portal enables Responsible Persons to submit Minimum Stockholding Requirement (MSR) Notifications through a secure online platform. The Portal has been developed in response to recommendations made through the 12-month review of the MSR. In support of this launch, the MSR website has been updated to publish a new Fact Sheet and updated guidance on submitting Notifications to the Minister of Health and Aged Care via the new Portal.
