The Department has published three new Fact Sheets which provide Responsible Persons practical guidance on key concepts of the Minimum Stockholding Requirements (MSR). The Fact Sheets include content on the Quantity of Stock to be Held, Compliance with the MSR and Ministerial Determinations of Another Quantity.  The Fact Sheets can be found on the MSR webpage. The Department has also updated various webpages relating to the MSR and other medicines supply provisions which can be found on the new “Supply Matters” landing page.
