  • Tasmanian Lifeline: 1800 98 44 34 (8am–8pm daily) – for crisis counselling and emotional support

  • Medicare Mental Health: 1800 595 212 (8:30am–5pm weekdays, excluding public holidays) – for advice and referrals to services
