Lived Experience (Peer) Workforce Survey now open
09 Jul 2025
Lived Experience (Peer) workers across Australia are being encouraged to take part in a survey informing the new National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Peer Workforce Association (the Association).
The Association is being set up to represent Lived Experience (Peer) workers in the mental health and suicide prevention sectors. While the Association will focus on these workers, the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has acknowledged there is potential to expand to other sectors (including alcohol and other drugs).
This survey provides Lived Experience (Peer) workers with a significant opportunity to inform their interests at a national level.
The survey closes on Monday 21 July 2025, and all responses will be kept confidential.
