Invitation to comment on proposed new Pharmacy Control (Fees) Regulations 2023
04 May 2023
The proposed Regulations prescribe fees that may be charged by the Tasmanian Pharmacy Authority in performing its functions under the Pharmacy Control Act 2001. They were developed following a comprehensive review of the existing fee structure which identified that current fees fall well below full cost‑recovery.
In accordance with the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992, the Department of Health has developed a Regulatory Impact Statement to invite public comment on all aspects of the proposed new Regulations and their expected impact.
