Health Department Issues Warning to Doctors About Scams

In collaboration with Services Australia, the department is raising awareness about fraudulent attempts to access PRODA credentials, which scammers may use to obtain financial benefits, including Medicare payments, without authorisation.

The newly released factsheet provides practical advice for health professionals on how to protect themselves, including identifying warning signs and following best practice security measures.
