Have your say on International Day of People with Disability 2025
19 Jan 2026
The responses will help shape the 2026 program and make future activities more useful and inclusive.
IDPwD is held globally on 3 December each year to raise awareness, promote inclusion, and encourage understanding and acceptance of people with disability. In Australia, the day is supported by governments, schools, community groups, businesses, and individuals.
The Australian Government, via the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, funds a national program to promote the day and support related events across the country.
The short online survey asks how people marked IDPwD 2025, how helpful they found the resources provided, and how support for IDPwD activities could be improved in 2026. It is anonymous, takes around 10–15 minutes to complete, and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 9 February.
