Funding boost for Kids Helpline
13 May 2025
The Mental Health Commission is providing a $1.35 million funding boost to Kids Helpline to support more young Western Australians.
Kids Helpline, provided by yourtown, is a free phone and online counselling service for young people aged five to 25 experiencing mental health issues.
Last year the helpline responded to over 10,000 young people in WA with many of these calls made outside of business hours.
