2026 Residents’ Experience Survey is now open

The survey is run by Access Care Network Australia (ACNA), an independent organisation that ensures residents can respond honestly and freely.

To ensure fair representation, at least 20% of residents at each aged care home will be randomly selected to participate.

Feedback from the survey helps aged care homes identify what’s working well and where improvements are needed. Survey results also contribute 33% of a home’s overall Star Rating, which assists older people, their families, and carers in making informed choices about care.
