February PBS Changes

Several changes to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) came into effect on 1 February 2025, affecting treatments of diabetes mellitus type 2, locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and menopausal hormone therapy.
Changes to PBS Authorities have also come into effect for the treatment of uncontrolled severe asthma, treatment of non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis and treatment of adult patients with severe active juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
